98 Cavalier

This is my girlfriends Cavalier that she's had for 6 years. It's your bare basic car. Manual windows, manual locks, 5 speed manual transmission with cloth seats and no cruise control.
The clear coat is peeling over the roof and trunk and there is rust. The driver seat is also a little ripped but the front seats will have seat covers.
THE GOOD
It has heat
Fuel efficient
Transmission was repaired a couple years ago. I know the trans was completely pulled out. Not sure what was repaired.
THE BAD
No A/C. It's there but has a leak.
Has a CD player but sometimes speakers cut out
When coasting there's a clicking noise, but when the clutch is engaged, it's not there. This has been happening for quite a few years. Not anything new.
One tire loses air occasionally.
