We have agreed on the price, $22 with me installing new tires. I have been waiting for days to finalize the deal but now all I'm getting from him as far as communication goes is a text stating he is "working with the bank". I have had alot of guys say they were interested in the car and wanted to cut a deal but then in the end it turns out to be a scam, they want to low ball me or they disappear. IF you are local and interested I'd be glad to show you the car. The car is still for sale until I get a serious commitment.
