17" black c5 Z06 replicas

As the title states, these are 17" Black C5 Z06 replica wheels with tires.

2 of the wheels are in good shape, the other 2 could use a refinish.
I was quoted $150 to fix and get them back to a perfect look. Also missing a center cap.

All 4 hold air, and they have Kumho Ecsta 275/40/17's all around with about 50% tread life.

What's with the lip? Bent, chipped? Hard to tell from photo.

Its a little of both. The guy i purchased it off of dodged a collision with another car and swerved into a ditch. It chipped the rim slightly along with bending that piece back. Otherwise it is fine, holds air, drives straight. Here's a few close up pics.
