79 AMC Pacer Wagon

yes you read right, the pacer is for sale. im getting laid off tomorrow for an undetermined amount of time and i need to be able to keep up on my payments for the sonic. this car is truly one of a kind and gets attention everywhere it goes. leather, power windows and locks.

mods:
10k on the rebuilt engine
1991 jeep grand wagoneer 360
bored .030 over
new pistons and rods
reworked crank
mild street cam by COMP (dont know specs)
COMP lifters
COMP dual valve springs
COMP 1.6 ratio roller rockers
ISKY guide plates
Holley 600cfm carb vacuum secondaries
full msd ignition
edelbrock rpm performer intake
engines runs like a top, two pumps and it fires right up
40 miles on rebuilt tranny
AMC 727 trans out of a 72 javelin
trans go shift kit
new clutches and seals
TCI 1800rpm stall
cut stock driveshaft with new u joints
new rotors, calipers, pads, wheel bearings and brake lines (front only) about 2k ago. Anti rattle springs rusted away so the pads rattle a bit.

thats all i can think of right now.

the bad:
car is 33 years old
has some dents behind driver door from previous owner
power steering leaks a bit (ive put in 1 quart in the 3 years ive owned it)
little bits of rust
car was repainted in 03 but it was a Maaco job
speedo stopped working after the trans swap

overall its a solid fun car, its like driving a leather recliner. asking $3200 firm

Oh my god, I have always wanted one of these so bad... can't believe I am missing out. If I hadn't just been an idiot an gotten a dui I would take it in a heartbeat. If I thought you had any interest I would offer you my benz in a second for it. Best of luck. Sounds like a very reasonable price to me, so I'm sure it shouldn't be too hard to sell.
