F/S: 2000 Pontiac Grand Am GT runs and drives but needs work

My brother got a new(er) car and his Pontiac Grand Am GT has got to go. It's still a good car but it will need a bit of work and I just don't like the car enough to spend the time or money to do it.

Miles: Approximately 180K

Good: Heat, working factory radio, strong engine, good shifting transmission, solid body.

Bad: Needs a passenger side window regularor, need to replace pass side front caliper (or maybe only brake hose), radiator may need to be replaced, wire for driver side wheel speed sensor broken (will include a brand new Timken wheel bearing with sensor), needs three new tires, passenger side mirror glass needs to be replaced.

Overall the car is good but obviously with 180K miles it's not perfect. There are a few body dings here and there but nothing too bad. NO ACCIDENTS, clean and clear title in my hand.

$700 OR BEST OFFER!!!

It's currently located at to my shop in Schiller Park if you want to see it.

Some pics, THE HOOD OPENS AND CLOSES PERFECTLY, IT WAS JUST POPPED FOR THESE PICS!!

The car has been my brother's since about 77K miles (now has 180K+) and in that time I have not done anything like that. Just regular maintenance (i.e. brakes, oil changes, etc) only. As mentioned, it needs a bit of work, hence the $700 price. If I did the work on this car, I'd probably keep it myself but I just don't really care to.
