Honestly it doesnt matter if its new or used. As long as you put it back to the factory settings and restored your original backup, then its like it was never used. There is no limit on how many cars this tool can be used on as long as it gets restored before its sold. And how much can you use it?? I used my brandnew predator for 10 minutes putting the canned tune on my car then in the closet it went. Unless it has some sort of scratches or something like the cord is frayed, then they should always sell for almost new prices. This will sell no problem. Bump and GL.
