The only thing that is ridiculous is the claim that it being cantilevered over a ravine could never be duplicated. I'm pretty sure someone else might be able to figure out how to build a house on a hill.

Its just flashy to try and sell it. You could build the exact same house on a different part of the ravine and it would technically not be the same.
