New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is a wanted man -- cops say they've issued a warrant for his arrest as part of a recent prostitution, human trafficking sting operation in Jupiter, Florida.

Cops say 77-year-old Kraft will be charged with soliciting another to commit prostitution.

Officials say Kraft is accused of soliciting a prostitute on at least 2 separate occasions roughly "a month ago."

Cops say they have obtained evidence from body cam video and surveillance that has been conducted over the last several months.

Officials say Kraft was driven to the spa by a chauffeur.

The average cost per visit for services is $59 or $79 per hour, according to police.

Kraft will be charged with a misdemeanor and will have to appear in court.

Multiple law enforcement agencies were involved in the operation -- including Homeland Security, the IRS, the Jupiter P.D., Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office and more.

Officials say the women accused of running the sex trafficking ring operated out of local spas which touted themselves as massage parlors.

The investigation took roughly 8 months and officials say they've identified more than 100 men suspected of being "Johns."

Robert Kraft bought the Patriots in January 1994 -- and has led the team to 6 Super Bowl championships and 10 AFC championships.

It's absurd that this is illegal...what a complete waste of resources. All this to charge a billionaire with a misdemeanor that won't stick.

Decriminalize consensual sex then thin out the overstaffed and frequently redundant fed/state/local law enforcement agencies

Unbelievable

.

Big deal, a women can murder an innocent human being because it's an inconvenience, but she can't rent her body for cash, instead of a night out at the movies, dinner & drinks???
What's the frigging difference??

Yes he should be charged, it's the law as written, but it's an idiotic law that should have never been on the books.
Laws are to stop us from taking others stuff or harming someone.
How does a girl banging a guy for cash or food harm anyone??

I'm sure you're right. But it is more reason to legalize it. Legalizing and bringing it out of the black market would likely reduce the trafficking aspects of paid sex. Not saying it would end it, but would surely reduce it.

Surely? nope... I think there is a chance... There is also a chance it could make it a whole lot worse.

Someone with that much money should just have women throwing themselves at him, hoping that he might shower them with gifts. Though I wouldn't recognize him from Joe Schmoe walking down the street.

Dudes don't get hookers for the sex. You get hookers because you can just leave and not have to invest anything further after the sex. Because you're right...this dude could nail hot chicks all day long.

I'm thinking this was on a whim. His driver is taking him somewhere, and he's like...hey buddy, stop real quick at one of those rub and tug joints.
