A California teacher brought scissors to class and started forcing students to sit up front and get their hair cut. She burst into a screeching version of The Star Spangled Banner and chased a girl while pulling her hair. Students ran out of the classroom and alerted the office personnel.

Teacher has previously been suspended twice and had a mental breakdown earlier this week. In jail on $100,000 bond.

I think this incident could have gone bad, fast.

She's obviously insane and was building to who knows what point. Could have plunged the scissors into a kid once she reached that crazy level.

In this case, I'm glad she didn't have a gun.
