Police in Cali. followed a Tesla doing 70 mph after they observed the driver appeared to be asleep. Unable to pull over the vehicle, the cops put a squad in front of it that gradually slowed down and stopped.

It took a while to wake up the driver who was given a field sobriety test and booked for DUI.

Moral of the story? Your Tesla is not an Uber.

The Tesla is fine.

On a non responsive person? Lol wonder what that settlement would have looked like. It wasn’t like he was an active fleeing chase, they could see he was not conscious, could have easily have been a heart attack as it could be a dui.
He was not responding to the cops and pulling over. Sounds like fleeing to me?

 you missed the sarcasm in my first post. Hopefully not missing it in this one as well ;)
