I'm not watching the video. I can conclude that the message is something like "SWAT came into my house and disrespected my whole family!"

Some of the response videos I’ve seen to FamilyCruisin getting arrested are hilarious. These guys act like since they have a YouTube channel they should get some sort of pass on reckless driving and speeding.

I've always wondered how the Hot Rod guys get away with producing shows like Roadkill doing all the burnouts and stuff they do on public roads.

I think they have stated when they have had run-ins with police. They are also smart about where they do a lot of that stuff.

Don't they tell viewers at the beginning of Street Outlaws "do not try this at home. Just because we're dumbasses, doesn't mean you have to be one too?"

This guy getting pulled over for doing stupid stuff is one thing; Getting someone looking at your vids and deciding to charge you is another.

When the people were streaming video of them kidnapping and abusing a special needs person, I didn't hear you saying it was not right they were arrested? Isn't that the same thing? Posting video evidence of you supposedly breaking the law?

Had a bystander taken video of the Hellcat guy driving recklessly and going to the police and showing them be any different? Just because you are ther person using the camera and posting the video doesn't make everything ok. If the police think they see a video of someone seemingly breaking the law they can decide to arrest the people in the video.

Should RoadKill be worried they could have issues with what they post? Probably. Is anything going to happen to them like that? Probably not. But I guess we will see what the future holds.

I think it is pretty safe to say that posting video evidence of you breaking the law isn't the best thing to do. Doing that while bashing a local business and people might be an even worse idea. Do I think the police were tipped off to these videos? Yup. haha

I think you misinterpreted what I was saying; I meant that they got off when face to face but just the burnouts on public roads alone would be license suspensions if they were pushed about their videos. The idea that a bunch of POs haven't seen it with their viewership is absurd. Even ones in their own state. Perhaps even the prosecutors in their state.. This guy probably won't get away with it because he's not famous and doesn't have corporate lawyers. Not to mention he pissed someone off somewhere.

By no means do I think that doing stupid shit on video and getting caught is "wrong." If you shout "I just killed someone" in a crowded area after just killing someone your dumb ass did it. I'm of the philosophy if you're going to do scummy shit sure as fuck don't be broadcasting to the world via social networking you're doing it.

I wonder if I can post videos of other driver's texting and have them sent tickets.

Or better yet, left lane campers.

So even after all the trouble he went through because of online vids he posted, the dumbass posted a video of him speeding in the Hellcat with his neighbor who just passed away. This dude is truly a moron.

The post above mine shows the guy thinks differently as he posts another video of him speeding. I have a friend that says "You can't fix stupid.". Seems to ring loudly with this guy lol

I have gotten off on things I should have gotten a ticket for in the past. A ticket I would have gladly taken. But I was cool with the cops and even joked around with them at times. I am sure that it is easier to get out of things in person versus a video. Why do you think we have redlight cameras versus cops standing there all day flagging cars? Take the forgiving human element out of the equation. OK Maybe not. lol But could someone go after the Roadkill Guys? My guess if they wanted to they could. But I don't see it happening. Probably because they are entertaining and Cruising Family is not.

Again, I have a suspicion that the guy was busted due to someone making a stink about the engine/dealer incident. I really do. Someone is hooked up somehow to someone in the department or DA's office. lmao

I think stupid was always there, just never nearly as well documented.

My son growing up in the era he is depresses me for the reason that I think a lot of the ambiguity in society is gone. This is a double edged sword, but I think an important one. Yes it's easier to hold people to account now but some asshole will dredge up things you said a decade ago to point the mob at you.

The first thing I'd do if I ever became famous is likely purge any and all social media accounts I have. By then it'd probably be too late the way the click bait mob works now.

ya, it is all out of control. I never posted on social media much myself. I go on FB only when tagged in something or an event invite. It just has gotten so annoying to see all these different agendas. No matter what you do, there is someone, or a group, telling you how horrible you are. People love drama and attention nowadays. Like addicted to it. Like that song that is like 69 years old and people are harping about it. 69 years!

You better just change your name and hope no one ever finds out your real name if you want to hide your past.

He pissed off the wrong person in my opinion. That same person could tip off the IRS too as the guy probably isn't declaring the GoFundMe's as income as he's not a charitable organization.
