Once upon a time a long time ago McDonalds inserted some Roo meat into their burgers. Caught hell for it.

I have kangaroo medallions in my freezer as we speak. its pretty good and lean.

but man emu burgers, half the fat of chicken, tastes like buffalo

I’ve seen that on Alaska state troopers. They’ll take roadkill and illegal kills to rural schools and towns so it doesn’t go to waste.
