If you wanted to dual to the death with someone and they agree to it, would you be charged for murder if you killed him or visa versa?

Since both agree to terms would it be legal??

Everything was agreed to, but the guy was charged with murder because you can't kill another person without it being murder. Period. No contract, nothing will protect you from being charged with murder.

For boxers, if one the the opponents dies, I'm pretty sure the one who killed them is off the hook. At least in professional matches.

She said she doesn't really know. In things like football or boxing, the person is only not held liable if its within the scope of the sport. So if the play is over and you're bashing a guys head in way after the fact, you'd probably still get murder. For a duel, she said it's still murder, but an attorney would probably argue to get a reduced charge if they could prove consent.

Still murder. The intent is that one or more parties will die. Consider physician assisted euthanasia as a comparable "agreement to die." Definitely not legal.
