GLEN BURNIE, Md. - A Baltimore man waiting to take his driving test was arrested after marijuana, a gun and more than $15,000 in cash believed to be related to drugs were found in the vehicle he was going to use for the test, police said.
According to Maryland State Police, 22-year-old Reginald Wooding Jr. was waiting in line at the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) in Glen Burnie Monday. A driver's license examiner became concerned after smelling what she believed was a strong odor of marijuana coming from Wooding’s vehicle, which belonged to his mother. The employee contacted a state trooper on duty at the MVA to investigate.
