Loads fine in MS's mobile browser (edge). Looks like you're using chrome....is it blocking flash or something? Tho I dunno if this is even flash, almost all sites have moved to html5. Either way something is blocking it.

I dont see any settings that would disable the video...for the hell of it, download Edge - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.emmx&hl=en_US and see if that works. (if link opens to viglink, just scroll to the bottom and click continue)

There's a special sign in procedure for the video.

Push "o" then spin around in your chair 3 times. Push "o" again and spin the other way 3 times. Push "f" and stand up. Video should now play.
