I'm sure the guy read that "one McDonald's burger could contain meat from up to 100 cows" because of how it's processed. He's assuming that it takes 100 cows to form one burger, when 100 cows could make 30,000 burgers (IDK, just a number out of thin air). He's jumping to a lot of conclusions, incorrectly.

It's not liberal mentality, it's just ignorance. Plenty of that on all ends of the spectrum.
