Year round boat storage

My boss bought a 20' foot fishing boat. His HOA will not let him keep it in his driveway. Anyone have year round stored? Doesn't require heat but electrical would be nice to keep a trickle charger on the batteries. Boat will be on trailer, guessing 25-30' with the trailer.

He's located in West burbs, Elgin area.

I have a unit at Titan Storage on McLean in Elgin. They have outdoor space, but not sure about running electricity out to that lot. Can the batteries be removed and charged at home or something?

I’m sure HOA will allow it to be there overnight, just not let my term. Bring it to the house the day/night before and plug er’ in.

You aren’t going to find a storage unit with power.

I store my boat in Mchenry. All year round I believe it’s about 400 for the year. I can dig up the shops information if you’d like. It’s outdoors and has a locked gate.
