Man there are some shitty vette drivers out there...i felt for the dude at 7:22 though. Guy was gettin' it and just found the limit of his tires and suspension at high speeds. Hope he was alright. Looks like it was the paint on the track that did it

For sure...some of those are just head scratchers though. like the guy at 1:28 that decided to do a 350' burnout up to probably 70mph...wtf did he think was going to happen

Burnouts are fun, but once you hit that speed, it's wayyyy too easy to get kicked sideways. Especially in an IRS car

You'd probably be surprised how much it's worth parting it out. SBF stuff sells for big $$

When I parted out my '95 I think i netted around $13-14k...for a car that may have been worth $9k running.

you have a rare car though, so i'm not sure what the roller is worth without matching parts

Not really matching parts, just need to buy gt40 iron heads, cobra intake, etc...

Then youll end up with a car with less horsepower than my Escape.

All I know is that project cars are not for me. Spent way too much time working on that 95 and very little time driving it. It looked awesome, sounded good, wasn't very fast (only ran low 11's), but just wasn't fun to drive at all.

I have been this way all week. Alarm goes off at 6 and I'm lucky to wake up and get out of the bed by 7. I'm glad I don't have strict hours at work.

I don't even miss burnouts. I wholeheartedly embrace the AWD & "Sport" traction control life. I don't need to be on Youtube crashing my car. Or just crashing it in general. lol

Don't get me wrong, I still goof around. Especially at slow speeds in the snow in open spaces. I have drifted my cars around corners as well. Again, in wide roads with no concrete barriers, buildings, or light poles next to the road. lol

I still have fun and drive plenty fast. But the massively overpowering the tires to turn them to smoke at speed does nothing for me. I never liked burnouts. Even drag racing my burnouts were short. Burnouts for fun do nothing for me. Just make me spend money on tires sooner. haha Those crazy burnout competitions they have in Australia are about as good as a burnout can be. And I think they are dumb. But that's just me.

Give me a beater to beat on and not worry about? That would be a different story. haha

As many as 27 vintage Chevrolets were destroyed in the blaze, the majority of which were supplied by a company owned by Automobile Magazine's New York Bureau Chief Jamie Kitman. The actual number of complete losses across all of the dealership's vehicles is not yet known, though local news estimates the number to be more than 50, including some antiques stored at the lot.

Judging by the photos, we can see that at least seven Camaros, two Corvettes, and a Chevy Beretta Indy pace car with "super low mileage" (according to Kitman) were destroyed. Reportedly, a C1500 and 454 SS pickup were both lost as well.
so like, $32,000 lost. got it.
