Hmm.. They wont work on your high lift door but I don't see why it wont on your 16 footer I'll find out... The only thing I see being a problem if where the springs mount your opener might be in the way. I can also get motorized ones the roll up on the outside I'll try to find a video

This will work with a jack shaft door so long as the door isn't raised. These take up no space other than directly below existing rails

I believe the front Pulley gets mounted where the opener would be? But you could just mount it above I don't think it would interfere.
