You have $50k to split between two cars. What's the split?

Being a car forum, I would expect one car to be a fun car and the other to get you through winter. Sure, one could spend all $50k on one car, but that defeats the purpose of the thread.

I was recently having a discussion about the spread and how much you'd spend on each car. I'd like to see how TCG would split the $50k.

I pretty much am living the 50/50 split now with the coyote/ cobra combo.

I also had it split 90/10 fun/dd in my gt500 /accord days.

Prefer my current setup by a mile.

Fwiw, I am really considering a m4 type ride as a single car.

Between my two primary cars, I went 40/10.

I tried the cheap beater with a heater dd for a little over a year and it sucked. I hated having to fix old car problems and deal with poor maintenance issues from the last owner. I finally set aside 10k and found a Chrysler 200 with low miles and an extended warranty. I'm actually saving money now by driving a car that gets good gas mileage and doesn't need to be fixed every other weekend.
