I def have ADHD and easily traceable with cousins, aunts, uncles right to my grandma The stimulants work but not impressed with the physiological side effects and refused medication pretty much up until pretty much 31. Would not suggest any mind altering mechnicals on a young growing brain.

Never took pills. Graduated college with a 2.24 GPA in 2005. Never stressed that much about doing the best in school.

Have had a successful enough career. People buy into the bullshit that you have to do amazing in school, go to the best college, etc.

Just tried Adderal a few times and the stuff works great. Only once or twice a week. Puts me in a really good mood and in a zone.

I do feel shitty when it wears off. But not for long. I break the pills in half too. They might be 20 or 30 mg.

Thatís the key to using any drugs. Is donít abuse them.

The additional key about all drugs is you build a tolerance and eventually hit a roof though and generally where the abuse comes in without realizing it..

I would ocassionaly take it to work on music late into the night. I’m on the fence that it actually helps concentration. I’d get really scattered trying to do a bunch of stuff at once. Did uncover underlying heart issues I have. Took my kid off it after he started getting afib symptoms too.

I look at it like this; there are no free lunches. You take it to do more in the short term and pay for it in the long term. Coffee and Mt Dew is as far as I go now. Energy drinks are terrible for your health too and will catch up with you. Just wait until you get in your 40’s to find out what your body refuses to tolerate anymore.

That's how my body was/is with various codeine drugs. I used to have bad back pain from pinched nerves pushing against my spine. I would get prescribed different kinds and they just didn't work. I just stopped taking them since there was no point if they didn't do anything for me.

I eventually went to a chiropractor who had a cox table and after that the pain I felt back then is gone. I do get back pain here and there but nothing in comparison to then. I just deal with it or try taking advil or any other over the counter medication. I've always had a high tolerance to medication and never developed an addiction.

What side affects are you guys referring to?
I have been on it for a year now. At first it was like magic but now it just makes me feel normal. I think I have really bad adhd though. I could take it and go right to sleep if I wanted to. The only thing I notice if I don’t take it for a few days is my body aches.
I don’t and would never abuse it and would not take it if it didn’t help me. I think I have always had adhd but never gotta help until recently

I started using it 2 months ago, and if anything I am more focused which takes my mind off other things which lowered my anxiety. Everyone responds to things differently though.

As stated above, not everyone responds the same to these drugs, but my anxiety got way easier to handle. Took my daughter and her friend to Woodfield on a Saturday and before I would have went out of my mind. I actually didnt mind it when we went.

Heart pounding, weakness, short of breath.

I took a ride in an ambulance from work when my BPM was bouncing between 60-200. The paramedics were surprised I stayed conscious through it. it's like having a headrush from standing up too fast that doesn't stop.

Funny those doctors scribed those heavy pain killers for a pinched nerve. Thats how much of a joke our healthcare is here. JUNK. Not only are these medical doctors ignorant about the nervous system, or systems in general, but pushing medications vs fixing the problem is par for the course. Imagine if the medications did temporarily solve the pain issue, then what? just medicate indefinitely? Surely that wouldn't fuck up your gut biome... oh wait.. isn't 80% of your immune system in the gut? welcome to sickness... do no harm? profits over patients? blas∑phe∑my!

Doctors are strict, and insurance/pharmacies are even stricter paying for/filling them.
