Using two beams, 1st beam stripping electrons creating a plasma bubble (filament) in the atmosphere, 2nd beam pulsing into bubble, pumping it up.

The 2nd beam can also control / move the plasma bubble once it is formed.

The controlled plasma bubble “filament” then generates CCN (cloud condensation nuclei / raindrops).

Even more simply put, crossing two beams causes particles, which form into rain. The area can be moved to wherever the beams are targeted.


The 1st beam strips the electrons, the 2nd beam pulses (their word not mine) providing additional power to the first beam, which is doing the heavy lifting action of stripping the electrons from the atmosphere.

The 2nd beam “Pumps” the electrons plasma into something larger, and is able to control the plasma bubble once it forms.

Its the spraying of different aerosols in the air to have an adverse effect on the weather. Whether it be spraying to reflect the sun back to lower "global warming", seed the sky for cloud formation or have an effect on a storm system or who knows what else.

According to patents and government documents, we are being regularly sprayed with Aluminum Oxide, Barium and Strontium by our own United States military.

Definition of a contrail: A contrail occurs when a plane travels at a high altitude (about 30,000 ft. or more) and compresses the air into a water vapor or ice crystals through jet engines or the wing tips pushing through the air. This trail disappears after a minute or so due to evaporation, because it's water.*

Definition of a chemtrail: The term "chemtrail" is a relatively new word, which appeared in the last few years along with the appearance of chemtrails.*

A chemtrail is very different from a contrail. At first a chemtrail might look a bit like a contrail. However, instead of disappearing like a contrail does, a chemtrail just keeps spreading out and forming a hazy cloud bank. These trails traverse the whole sky and stay for up to around five or even eight hours. They have been known to turn what was originally a clear blue sky into a grey haze.*

Geoengineering, often referred to as Chemtrails, exists as a global nuisance for the primary purposes of causing severe bodily injury and premature death with malice aforethought.
Geoengineering involves large aircraft constantly spraying tiny particles of aluminum and barium, amongst many other harmful toxins, into the air/atmosphere. All people and animals then inhale these toxins while breathing, without informed consent. The toxins also poison the soil and fresh water sources.

What is being Sprayed?

Hundreds of laboratory tests reveal that the primary components of Geoengineering are aluminum and barium. Other components include Synthetic polymers, Ethylene dibromide, Morgellons disease, viruses, fungi, and bacteria. The toxic metal particulates are rapidly absorbed from the respiratory system and / or the gastrointestinal tract and are deposited in the lungs, muscles, and bone.

According to Medscape, aluminum accumulation in tissues and organs results in their dysfunction and toxicity. If a significant load exceeds the body’s excretory capacity, the excess is deposited in various tissues, including bone, brain, liver, heart, spleen, and muscle. This accumulation causes morbidity and mortality.

you want to know why people are skeptical of it in general anyway? it's easy, because 99 times out of 100 some conspiracy theorist is pointing to some passenger airplane that isn't spraying dick, or claiming it is spraying stuff from monsanto to kill organic plants, or some other bullshit. if you say nonsense 99 times out of 100 i'm going to ignore you the 100th anyway. and if you try and come back and say 'aha i was right all along' i'll say no you said 100 things and once got lucky enough to hit on something real, too bad you lost all credibility from the constant spew of nonsense coming from you.

i don't think anything is actively being done today on any meaningful scale. the video seems to be claiming that this is the smoking gun and proof its being done although i'd rather see the entire unedited video and again am extremely skeptical anything is being done today on the order of magnitude large enough to change the climate in any meaningful way.
