ETA: The small lettering, and very thin font in a lighter color on the "How it Works" and "Tips" pages is difficult to read. I had to strain my eyes to the point that I just gave up and quit reading....

Yes, right now its completely open, but in the future you will need to contribute to earn points to keep access.

Thanks! Yeah the search was some of the most labor intensive development and there are still some things that will be improved on it later this week.

Yes, I agree, on most monitors its fine, but my one desktop at home its the same way. Ill put it on the list of things to look into. Thanks.

How can you verify something as accurate yet the source remains anonymous.....

I can post "So and so doesn't give bonuses at xxx" then Another source says "so and so does give bonuses at xxx".

Both sources are anonymous so how would you prove the validity?

You can vote things up and down if they are accurate and as posts get voted down they go to the bottom and eventually won't show up.

How do you stop one person from multiple accounts causing up votes?

With it being anon you assume they are telling the truth. Some things can't be verified because different employees are treated differently based on their own work performance.

Once the site is relevant enough for someone to care enough to do that we will have a team tracking it and eliminating abuses.

Didn't see the previous thread , and I havent registered yet so I only see the splash page (which doesn't mention glassdoor).

The logo doesn't display correctly on the home page for Google Chrome, cut off at the top.

Also, when I 'snap' to resize to the side of the screen it throws off the bottom:

Correct, we are very aware of them, but we are providing much more than they are and we are more focused on individuals than companies.

They wanted the logo like that, it annoys my OCD something fierce. lol
