Thats why anytime i see a picture of an extremely hot chick online I always have my doubts.

Here's one I did a couple years ago (not the greatest) for a guy who wanted to see what his car would look like finished. You'd be amazed what you can do with photoshop/editor. This was on a tamer program then some out there. That one in the video is probably a grand to buy that program. They can get pretty pricey Crazy shit man.

Without being home I dont remember 100%, but I THINK its called Pixlr Editor.

The newer versions of photoshop have tools where all you gotta do is run a special brush over skin imperfections and it will auto blend it. You don't need to be an artist to do pretty decent work now.
