The suspense is killing me....

What is this "work injury" did you get and whats the story?

Slip and fall due to improperly maintained freezer, possibly permanent damage to right knee and lower back. Thanks for your kind words, though I can barely walk. This is a serious thread and I would appreciate genuine help or keeping the bullshit out.

There are review sites specifically for lawyers by practice and people write their experiences. That or if you've used a lawyer that you trust previously give them a call and ask if they have anyone in their practice that specializes in injury law, and if not if they have one they can recommend.

In for responses as well, specifically for a workman's comp injury settlement. I've since left employment with the company, but I figure getting run over a couple times in a robbery attempt and ending up with a half new knee is plenty reason enough to pursue any and everything. :dunno:

Buickhomo, my Surgeon gave me this after chopping me up. Worth looking into.
