At least they got rid of the ridiculous slow rate at which Robocop moves. Hopefully they also ditched the noise his footsteps made when he walks.

Totally can tell just by watching the trailer.

Some of the story of robocop was changed and it was shown in the trailer.

He wasn't killed, actually interacts with the family as robocop, leaves some human form other than his face.

Don't get me wrong. I was way too young when I enjoyed robocop but watching it again recently has shown that it did not age well. At least in my opinion.

With everyone wanting more realism, even in an unrealistic movie, and a story with depth, this looks like it just might fit in well and might surpass the original.

Don't believe me, look at the Nolan Batman trilogy.
