Forget hazards. All Russian cars should come standard with a dash cam. I mean...something is WRONG with these people. In half the crashes, it looks like they were AIMING for the other car. Driving on the wrong side of the road, speeding up despite seeing the speed of the car ahead of you, or "hey.....that space UNDER that stopped semi looks like a good place to park.....". WTF?
