Back in the '70s, a few people managed to convince the government to give them taxpayer paid for marijuana...for life. 300 joints a month. Every month. Since the '70s. The government has spent millions of dollars on this program and was supposed to monitor long term use results. Government no longer monitors but continues to provide the remaining four people with 300 joints each. Every month.

Well think about how many cigarettes smokers smoke in a day with ease. If he can do it legally and has been for so long he's probably used to it and its not like he has to hide or be in a private place to do it. I'm guessing he can do it in public unless there's a claus against that (besides in places that say no smoking I'm talking about).

I'm not a weed expert, hell I've only experimented a few times when I was way younger BUT I don't think a j is the same as a Marlboro seems like the effect would last a lot longer and take longer to smoke. Well I mean I guess you could suck one down mega fast but ur gonna be wasted!

It wouldnt matter if it is killer or not...if you have been smoking for that long it isnt going to be much to smoke 10 joints a day. I think people that have been heavy smokers could put down 7+ blunts a night and still function without too much issue. If you are talking all day, then it would be easy to smoke 10 joints. Plus, weed hasnt just all of the sudden been given this extra potency, good stuff has been around for a while in countries that have cultivated it for thousands of years. The US is just finally catching up. Point being, if you cant handle 10 joints a day then you are not a heavy user. Someone qualifying for medical reasons would most likely not mind medicating all day if it helps their illness.

I saw other news clips.

I'm talking to this guy in his 60s today while waiting for a table and he's telling me he quit alcohol when he discovered weed. I thought I smelled it on him at the casino before but discounted it since he's a solid citizen 60+ y.o. Guess some old guys still smoke the stuff.

My dad had a friend (dead now) that was smoking weed in his 90s.
