Don't attach. Just use the camera icon instead of the paperclip.

I wish I could use NM at times instead of conduit...

Until I want to run another circuit down the road and then I'm thrilled I have to use conduit...

I don't remember if I've showed any of this stuff previously, nothing crazy just redoing the electrical and crap in the "office" AKA 3rd bedroom....

Closed cell spray foam:

Reframed wall to make closet have pocket door so they're not opening into the room:

Hung all the Sheetrock, taped, and mudded:

Primed and painted:

Made a dam out of gorilla tape, then used the latex adhesive bonding compound on the subfloor (house is a slab), then poured the self leveling compound... Should be putting in the laminate flooring during the week if I can find your motivation....

Yeah, in Streamwood if you know where that is....

The spray stuff is nice because you get a really high R value in a 2x4 cavity. It's around an R21 and change instead of R15

End of day 2. B.s. electric removed most of the studs down. Still need to move the switches and a junction box, then the rest of the wall can come down. Already have 8 full contractor bags and had a lovely bonfire consisting mainly of old trim and carpet.

Havent posted many updated have been pretty tied up between work and this project

Started on the Fascia/Soffit/Gutters this past week

Rough install of cabinets in kitchen

Tile also done in bathrooms, just need to do stone on the fireplace in the upcoming days

Master Bath shower

One of the upstairs bathrooms

Fireplace (tv to be above it)

stairs and hardwood also done (just need spindles and railings after floor is stained). Did 5" red oak floor. One of my friends has a hardwood flooring business and he does great work (at a VERY fair price). If anyone needs a recomendation I would be more than happy to forward his info on.

Few random interior pics

So I was wondering if anyone here had some insight into what could possibly be wrong because I am completely stumped.Tthe pressure out of my brand new Delta Carlisle is so weak that when I turn on the hand held the shower it barely has enough pressure to rinse the soap out of my wifes hair. I cant even use the hand held and the fixed fixture

To give some background here are some quick bullet points.

-3/4 inch copper pipe (1 year old) ran from hot water heater to shower valve
-1/2 inch copper from valve to but the tub spout and shower head
-Rough in valve installed in correct orientation (up is up)
-Flow is as weak coming out of the tub spout as it is the shower head
-Water pressure previously was awesome
-No restrictions in the aerator or the cartridge (both were dissassembled last night
-Turning the hot water all the way on has the flow of a 97 year old male
-Water pressure in the house is around 40-50 psi from my memory(on well water)
-No other weak flowing faucets in the house.

Any other things to check? I didn't see any other flow restrictors

I am just lost here, or is this just the valve reducing flow to new federally mandated 2.5 gpm?

Thanks in advance

Some shower heads come with a removable ring and/or screen by the threads to increase flow. At least mine did, think it was moen.

Do you mean to decrease flow? I took out the aerator already....

The company's owners husband does hardwood flooring for a living, and I know he uses some stuff he swears by. It's Synteko Classic.

Classic 35 is matte, Classic 50 is semigloss, Classic 90 is gloss.

CLASSIC - Synteko

I'm not sure if the restriction for the new stuff is in the shower head itself, but it sounds like its in the valve if it's also weak coming out of the spout as well.

If you already checked the cartridge and its clear it sounds like some tree hugging water saving stuff.

Yeah it seems like its in the valve as well, I am going to measure the output of both shower and facet tonight.

It just pisses me off that I can't get more than 2.5 gpm out of this bitch!
