Black Termi in Elk Grove

Today (6/3) just before noon.,,

I was in a business partners car going down Landmeier on my way to Tensuke Market... Then I saw a black termi turning off of Arlington Heights Rd. on to Landmeier.

Termi had at least... Exhaust and was lowered.

Anyone???????????????

Either my buddy Billy (Blownvenom01) or my other buddy Nick (Nabarber) Now did it have tinted windows cause thats the only way to tell them apart haha
