white Cobra flying down Morgan street (south side)

was it somebody from here?

saw a white cobra today around 7:30 pm it was loud, sounded like it had Borla stingers, heard it coming down Morgan street from Pershing road so I raced over to the gate at work and saw it flew by all the way down to 35th street, then heard it backfiring when he stop at the light on 35th like if he was engine breaking.

so who was it?
