if the stripes were blue, then they had to of been a very very dark blue. i think its the sky reflecting of the car that gives it the blue color. i almost missed it when i was walking by and then i snapped a pic since i just so happened to have my camera.
knowing how people park in the city i wouldnt be suprised if someone backed into that front bumper at one point.
