Midnight Blue 01 in Gurnee

Saw a Midnight Blue 01 Cobra in Gurnee on 12/21 at about 2:00pm heading west on Gages Lake Rd. I didn't even know they made that color.

There's only one TrueBlue 01 Cobra that I know of locally...

Did you spot what kind of wheels were on it? Or a glimpse of the driver?

The one I see in Gurnee has 03/04 SVT Chrome Rims...
