Picked up an 04 GTO tonight, automatic with 75,000 miles. It's in immaculate shape and looks brand new. Was at Woodfield Nissan where I don't think they had a clue what they were sitting on. Picked it up for less than private party value after negotiations.

The car is tastefully modded and has the following from what I could see:
  • Pedders shocks and springs (not sure which ones)
  • 05/06 Wheels
  • Pioneer stereo with nav, bluetooth, bluetooth streaming audio and interface to keep the steering wheel controls
  • Aftermarket heated seats (driver and passenger). The GTOs never came with heated seats.

Otherwise, it's stock down to the exhaust. Currently has summer tires, which need to go  245/40/18s, BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2 that look super new.

I'm totally thrilled with the car how it rides on this suspension. Gonna do maybe a tune, intake and tires and call it quits for the DD.

LOL, JK. I'm all for a fun DD car, and this should be perfect! Congrats!

 I gotcha.

For what I picked this up for, you'd be hard pressed to find an 06 base Civic with 75,000 miles for this little. I was looking at Marauders, TLs, G35s and Si's, none that were this clean for the money.

I haven't driven a GTO since 2005 and don't remember it driving this nice. The Pedders suspension really transforms the car. I love it. I'm pretty sure the GTP is quicker but this thing is so solid with no squeaks, rattles or whines.
