yes. yes it is. it is called the "bigblock trans am hood"

pretty much a 93-97 SS hood revamped for birdy purposes.

i like it. looks like it can fly.
too bad its slow as balls.

A blast. My sister keeps coming in my room watching netflix and dvd's when im out. Its getting more use than it did at your place, although it did collect dust again after i wiped it down.

this is the first car i've ever owned that i put front plates on. good thing is that it gets less attention now than it did when it was bright frickin red.


thanks for the compliments and criticisms i can't believe no ones said anything about the nasty wheels!!! (or maybe everyone is just really observant and sees the blizzaks on em)



does the back look any different than other trans ams you guys have seen?

I like the paintjob. Wheels are alright. Im indifferent about the hood.

Aren't those just camaro wheels? I'd paint that lip too but they don't bother me as-is.

My comment about liking the back was because that hood hurts my eyes to look at.

The paint job looks sweet; way better then red. I hate red cars.

reason i asked about the wheels is that som people get butthurt with "chevy" wheels on pontiacs


reason i asked about the rear is cause i deleted the side markers and filled em in.

for comparison purposes.

Camaro; trans-am.....it's the same car
Same chassis, same drivetrain, same engine. It's not pre 70's when a Pontiac was a Pontiac and a chevy was a chevy.

I like it! Looks good, and I'm a fan of the hood. Dasfinc beat me to it, but it is modeled after the 67 427 Stingray hood. I'm a fan myself. :wink: My GP has the same scoop but without the "bullet" coming from the front.
