New shoes

I know i know..it's an s10. But these rims were too good of a deal to pass up. They are C5 wagon wheels with 275/40/17 rubber. This is a full set of 17inch front rims, wish i had the 18's for the back but oh well. I ordered a 2/3 lowering kit today as well as new ball joints. That will be my project for next week, and it will look sooo much better. way to much wheel gap going on here.

Thanks guys. I was thinking about painting them black but I'm gonna see how it looks after its lowered. I actually like the silver. With these wheels and tires, its a completely different truck. Handles so much better than before, excited to see how it is after I freshen up some steering parts and lower it.

the fronts im gonna leave alone, think it will look good lowered. The rears are some off brand tires that are at about 40% so once those are junk, I'll replace them with something a little bit beefier

depending on what look your trying to go for if you lower it it will look much better and they would look even better if they were powdercoated black

Well my lowering kit came yesterday. I couldn't wait so i had to install it. 2 inch drop springs in front, 3 inch drop blocks in the rear. I gotta say, I really love the way it turned out.
