Gray GTO vs. White Mustang on Rt.20

Anyone on here.
I was heading west on Rt.20 in Elgin today around 3:45. I saw this gray GTO rolling nice and slow next to a white Mustang GT with about 5 or 6 more cars behind them holding up traffic heading east. One I think was a red 350Z.

About a block behind you all was a unmarked comin hot. Right after the bridge for Rt.31 there was another cop sittin to. Wondering if the race got off or did you all get pulled over.

Not at all. I saw them all coming down the road pretty slow getting set to run. i knew there was a cop down the way so I flashed my lights hoping one of them saw the warning. I'm just wondering if it went down or what..
