yea, he took time off from changing diesel engine oil to get it started

just got word that it is drivable. tires were put on and the car was driven w/ zero issues

Just some friendly advice: if a motor has been sitting the oil pump can lockup and you need to prime it first- crank with no fuel and peek in the valve cover- sometimes you might have to pour a quart down the oil filter fitting to get the circulation started.
Glad things worked out for you guys.

didnt have to pour any oil. primed it a few times. had to buy a new battery tho
