i was trying to buy one before i got the vette..but i wanted a 2006 because i heard the 04-05s have a really bad problem with the rear end.. and badd tire hop

Mine is a 2004 but it does have bad wheel hop. But the car runs and performs like a champ. I was lucky to find this car and buy it for under wholesale, with a limited run of just under 2500.

There was a TSB for bushings that also help reduce the wheel hop a little. The 06-07 diffs are better than the 04-05. I got mine swapped under warranty for the newer unit. Theres new axles released from DSS that can take care of the wheelhop all together.
