Who's Got HIDs?

I was driving home the other night and noticed only ONE fog light was on, so I decided to upgrade my fogs finallly... these are the old ones (below), EuroDesignz i think from Ebay, $10-$15 or so... then I found this guy on there under the name "hidgate" and for $56.99 shipped UPS 2-day, I bought 3000K HIDs for my fogs, their almost like the Lexus Yellow color, but look awesome! So now I'm running 6000K for Headlights and 3000K for the Fogs... What do you guys have? Is everyone using Projectors or just their housings? Curious...

I have 5000k hid headlights and 3000k hid fog lights. Got them for 120 shipped, since then i haven't seen the same deal I've had them for over a year now and they still work pretty well, except the pass side fog light doesn't like to stay on when it's below 10* outside, and neither of them will stay on when it's below 0. I don't know why they do that...? Good thing i don't like the radio either cause when all 4 are on 90% of the stations don't work.

I put HID's 6K in the Sonata and man what a HUGE difference in seeing at night.

had them in the sebring, both bulbs burned out in a couple of months.... and the Hi's were garbage... i still have the ballasts but I'm deciding wether or not to get new bulbs and run them in the stang....

My HIDs interfered with the radio whenever they were on. I don't listen to the radio so it wasn't a problem when I had them in.

I have WBS 5000K HID's and silverstar Fogs. no issues with radio. I think I will be putting HID fogs soon as these silverstars burn out even few weeks!

oh and ive run silverstars for 5 years for the first pair and then another 2+ on the second before the car was sold

ive seen way too many problems with hids for the w-bodies, too many burnt out and such randomly... not worth the money

I've got HID's. No radio reception problems with the lo-beams on, but when I put the fogs on radio reception goes down the shitter. Good thing I only listen to XM/iPod.

gotta love rf leaks! im thinking my hid's leak rf and every time i hit WOT my passport radar goes crazy. its pretty fuckin annoying.

my reception works fine w/ mine on, but if i turn them on w/ the radio on, it kills the radio completely ive gotta make sure the radios off, turn my lights on, then i can turn the radio on and its fine

you'll be happy with em... i wouldnt let that stop me from installing a set. get an ipod interface for your radio and have no worries.

i had 'em in the gtp....i've thought of buying them again but dont know what there going for these days. i think i payed $110 shipped like 1 1/2 years ago.
