Pregnant roller skate loaner while the Dadillac is getting work done. Smaller than my wifeís Crosstrek and you know itís bad when even she says ďIt looks like a roller skate but at least itís quieter than your truck!Ē Maybe I donít need a Corsa cat-back? I guess the factory exhaust wakes up my son at 5am when I leave for work.

Maybe he bought it a Chevy dealer ? When we would bring in our caddi in the past they would give us same or better loaner for service under warranty.

When I had my Cadillac, they would pick the car up at home or work and leave me with a brand new loaner equivalent or better. I miss the caddy and the red tier concierge service or whatever they called it. It was really nice.

I bought my car at an Caddy dealer, itís being worked on at Biggers Chevy which is a ten minute walk from my house and they gave me a free loaner. Iím not complaining. Besides, itís been sitting in the garage all day and itíll probably be in there until I go pick up my car. I only NEED the loaner in case I have to take my son somewhere, Iím off work until the 3rd.

I've posted this here several times... Most GM dealers do not loan vehicles out of stock anymore due to liability. It is subletted to Enterprise and GM stipulates a certain price point per day. From there you are subject to what is available in Enterprise's stock. The exception that they do try to accomodate for, is for Cadillac, but even still, you are still subject to what Enterprise has available. Working at a Chevy dealer I can't count how many times I'd have someone argue that "I paid XXXXXX amount for my vehicle and you're giving me a Cavalier?" My answer would be "Dude, you have two options. 1 is the Cavalier. 2 is your Nike's. Your choice."

As I mentioned before, GM does try to accomodate for Cadillac owners, especially when you have the concierge coverage (or whatever it's called).

Again, people can complain all they want, but GM isn't in the business of keeping owners in status quo. They are only liable for is getting you a suitable form of transportation to drive while they're repairing yours.

Someone will argue, "But 'insertnameofhighendmanufacturerdoesthis'..." GM isn't a niche high end luxury seller with the exception of Cadillac where they try to do it.
