Jvert's 2004 Silverado rcsb daily driver

Just picked up a new daily driver a 2004 Silverado regular cab short bed. Its a 2wd model with the 4.8L V8 with 51,733 original miles. Had to go to Tennessee to pick it up but it was well worth it. The truck has zero rust and it has been garage kept from day one. This truck is super clean, bed was used maybe 3 times and the interior is mint. Everything that I looked at around here had high miles and tons of rust. I'm new to the truck scene but I needed something to tow the mustang. Also, having a truck is always useful. Here are some pictures. The day after I got it home I got the driver and passenger windows tinted 35%. I also ordered a BAK G2 bed cover. Here are some pictures.

Truck was purchased for 10k but I sold my Svt focus for $3,500 so I made out fairly well. The last few times filling up with gas I have had people ask if I would sell. I always say throw out a number and it could be yours. Yes , truck was "grandpa" owned and garage kept.

Yes truck prices are crazy. Selling the Svt focus made it worth it. The Svt needed some work and the new owner was willing to do it. I wanted the cleanest well taken care of truck I could find.

Your truck definitely looks like a cream puff, just crazy IMO that a 13 year old 2wd standard cab truck can fetch 10k. Not insulting you in anyway so please don't take it that way. Just didn't realize how strong the truck market is!

Trust me none taken. I was really looking for a manual trans but just couldn't find one that fit the bill (1999-2007 Silverado/Sierra)This was the best I could find. I didn't care if it was 2wd or 4x4 as long it was a rcsb v8. Yes, of course clean as possible.

Yeah, that's not far off on price for 13/14 SCab FX4's. If it was an EcoBoost with Luxury Pkg it'd be 30k all day.
