The Cobra replacement.

Some of you may recognize this car, was owned by our very own [MENTION=1983]Outlaw[/MENTION].


2014 Mustang GT, 6-speed manual
-Track pack (3.73s, recaro race seats, brembo brakes, heavy duty cooling, etc)

Car came with MGW Shifter, GT500 (quad tip) Axle back, Lowered on K-Springs, Panhard bar, and window tint.

-Currently installed catless pipes, Whiteline transmisison mount, and a LUND Tune 93 octane. Completely changed the way the car drives.

I ran it with the shifter and mufflers only at GLD and ran a 12.69@108 with a 1.95 sixty foot. Sucked because the stock 3.73s hit the rev limiter 100ft before you pass the 1/4 mile. Oh well, its set up for road course anyways. Cant wait to go back to the track as it sits now.

Got some big plans for it... very fun car so far... it WILL run faster than the cobra

Hrmmm. Upon further investigation of those photos. I see a chunk of concrete missing from that floor. I can't imagine that was done by a low sitting cobra?

I have to use plywood and a rubber mat to get in my garage.

id prefer not to build the motor unless I absolutely have to. These seem to be only good to about 650whp consistently.

A paxton/vortech can take care of that

I drove his back to back with mine, it straight RIPS third gear, and the mid-end difference is crazy drastic. Love the sound too, excited for my GT500 muffs to arrive tonight!
