How can you tell the fluid is dirty through opaque white plastic? 🤣🤣🤣 It basically shows you the fill level.

Darker fluid will look darker through the opaque white plastic. It's science. haha

I didn't say I agree with him. I was just stating I figured that is what he meant.

Now go flush your dirty brake fluid.

That fluid has seen 1 track day and maybe 3,000 miles at most. But since you homos gave me a fucking complex I went to check it. IT IS CLEAN!

Topside coming back apart

The coolant crossover hold down brackets will not clear the IMRC plates and gaskets. Had to trim the IMRC gaskets with tin snips and the actual plates with a band saw. Thanks god all went smoothly. Driverís side down and the passenger to go, then on to reassembly.

For the intake plaque I decided the first Cobra was too dark, ended up doing. The second one in matte clear.

I was struggling putting AN lines together and figured out it had nothing to do with me and everything to do with the shitty AN line I bought off of eBay. The nylon braid on the exterior kept bunching up and pushing back when I went to put the fitting on. I almost lost my shit struggling with this crap for 2 hours. Ordered some lime from Summit and the first fitting went on in lest than 10 minutes.

Coolant crossover delete is in, just need to extend the wiring for the temp sensor and the fan sensor.

Car is getting close to done.

Picked up the alternator bracket from @BOTTLEFED last night and he tossed in the black plug wires for free. Super glad he did because Iím not feeling the red.

What are your guys thoughts on the wires? @emersonhart? It looks like too many colors in my opinion.

Yeah Jim... In my head the red looked better than reality.

Black is probably the right choice here.

Thanks for confirming guys!

Yesterday was good, finished up all of the cooling bullshit. I had to extend wiring on a the 2 sensors for the fan and temp gauge. Clearanced the radiator brackets to fit the expansion tank and power pipe.

I keep ordering the wrong IC piping that I need to redo for the idle air control provision, hopefully the 4th time is the charm in this instance 🤣🤣🤣 Once that arrives, I cut it to size, and get the IAC fitting welded in all Iíll have left to do is reconnect the dash cluster and fill with fluids!

This weather has been making me feel good about the car being down.

The red wires look fine with the silver intake and valve covers. The red wires and blue valve covers clash. I think the black will look better and match the black theme.

This weather blows. But lets you do things at the pace they need to be done versus rushing things. Looks good. Hope to see it out a lot this year.

you should have done the COP conversion when you were there . It would look so much better / cleaner without the wires and coil towers

Iím not going to hack apart the harness to clean up plug wires and risk the car running like ass because there isnít enough spark. Iíve covered this already.

I donít need that! That will not solve my issue. Problem is the new breather on the front of the valve cover runs into the fitting for the IAC. Just need the new pipe and have a new one welded in a different spot.
