Either way
Nothing crazy. Switched to a MGW shifter, and cleaning up the engine bay a little. Going to have the intake, valve covers, and blower housing powder coated. I am going to repaint the front of the intercooler, remove all of the AC bullshit. I already got high off brake cleaner in the garage last night cleaning my IC piping.

Car wouldn't pull past 5K at the end of last year. Started checking shit that I thought was wrong....I figured it was spark plug blow out and found out I had fouled plugs which confirmed my thoughts. I am redoing the PCV system which will eliminate my catch can setup and go to breathers right off of the valve covers which are coming off an 03/04 Cobra.

Do you have any rags zip tied to the filters or do they run pretty clean?

Thanks dude!

I picked up @BOTTLEFED's power pipe and overflow tank on Sunday! Little side note, his car is fucking awesome with the Coyote swap.

Yesterday I drilled I drilled out my new valve cover's breather holes out to 1-7/32"to accept a these breathers I ordered. Wasn't a huge fan of most of the stuff out there. All of the parts are ready to go powder coat, taking them in today.

AC is gone with the exception of the condenser, so much more room in the bay, I love it. In order to get the condenser out all of the hoses for the coolant need to be removed, so I drained the system. I am also deleting the shitty coolant crossover with this nice On3 setup. It will simplify the radiator hose on the engine.

It is kind of silly how much shit needs to be removed to get these valve covers off. I unbolted the passenger side cover and the fuel plumbing on the back side of the motor is in the way. So the rails need to come off, driver's side is supposed to be worse. I'll take the time to do it though just because I don't want to skip steps and scratch the freshly coated shit trying to get it in.

Instead of painting the IC I'm probably just going to order a new unpainted one from CX Racing for like $200. Clutch cable needs to be disassembled to get driver's side valve cover out so I might as well order a quadrant and adjuster

MMR makes a nice crossover delete, which opened up some room for me. I ran two catch cans. One for each valve cover and mounted behind bumper. Extra hose routing I wasnít a fan of but running 20+ lbs I done want a mess under the hood.

I was looking at the MMR one too, but it is more expensive and I think the On3 unit is cleaner looking.

Thanks jim! And glad to see my parts will go on a nice car. Do some research on that on3 crossover delete theres a couple ways to do it one requires a whole different thermostat setup to make it work correctly. It looks slick when done tho

I have looked into it, the thermostat goes into the upper radiator hose and then you switch the bottom radiator hose to a GT setup. I ordered the thermostat with the kit. I have heard of issues with too much pressure building in the system and guys having to drill the thermostat, I will call them on this when the parts arrive.

I am not doing the COP swap right now. I have read about issues with guys not getting the appropriate level of spark with it. That might not be an issue at my power level, I just don't want to deal with that headache.

On the underside of tinge valve covers there is a sheet metal tray that channels pressure. But there is nothing in between the tray and the top side of the cover. Iím going to put some metal baffling (aluminum screen bunches up) in between to catch some of the oil before it makes its way to the breather.

You could stuff the breathers with screen like that it may condense some of the oil and alow it to fall back down into the motor

No, i always caught shit on svt for the same reason cause the way it works its not correct it fires the coil twice every revolution so the coils heat up so the issue still exists, but theres a few of the "i have it and make xxxhp" so they think its ok
