Took a ride through the mountains and decided to make the final stretch scenic. Ended up at the beach.

Random side note, since I love the houses out here. So many are just randomly placed on mountain tops. Between points E and F is Carmel Valley Road and playing around on Zillow shows several 4-5 million dollar homes and they're all up on windy driveways.

When you get to the coast, all the houses that are right on the water are $600k or so, though there is an $11.5 million one in there. You can street view any of the places on Oceanview Rd if you're interested. They're all pretty small, ordinary places.

Do you live out in/near Monterey Bay? My sister just moved out there and i just got done visiting her a month ago. Absolutely one of the most beautiful areas i have ever been to. There is a 15 mile or some mile drive out there by clint eastwoods town Carmel. I would highly recommend that. For some reason i dont think they allow bikes and you have to pay for the drive. It goes by pebble beach and some rediculous homes. Extremely jealous man. Watched a sunset at point H on your route too.

 that is the town she lives in. She works at the university you go to. She is a housing director i believe. Her name is Jennifer Crompton. If you run into her take it easy on here since she is new haha. Extremely jealous you get to live out there man. I am really thinkin about moving out there but nursing in california can be sketchy from what i have heard and read. I was strongly considering road tripping in my mustang out there in march. If i do make it you want to meet up and cruise?

The drive out is awesome. Well, half of it is. I drove here in august with my truck and bike in the back. Once you get to Denver you have a lot of options for scenery.I took i70 through Colorado and then cut through the center of Nevada. Very desolate, but awesome.

This is Nevada, 15 miles of straight road then you through some hills and do it all over again. Utah is great too.

A good friend moved out to albuquerque, NM so i would be swinging through there and taking the desert to California. Definitely jealous you are out there though. Great stuff to do outdoors. I would probably spend every other day in the aquarium out there too. Really cool place. The straight/flat roads in the desert are going to be fun to open up on.
