For those that don't know, i bought the car off of dave (blood on blood) may 2009. With the old setup it went 11.9 @ 113 with a proshifted 3550 and clayton racing 331 with unported (milled) iron heads and intake. The heads and intake are gone, as is the stock front suspension and K member, as well as the proshifted trans. With all the new stuff it lost about 250 lbs and should be up approx 60-80 hp. Can't wait to see what it runs

Old pics before all the new stuff went on:

Here's somewhat what it will look like when it's done, this is the same hood I have sitting in my room. I'm taking it to the body shop to have the roof & pillars painted black and the hood fitted & painted red. I'm also tinting the windows 5% on the sides/back and 20% on the windshield.

Right now it seems to be in car jail at anderson for a tune and some other odds and ends, but it's snowing..i'm in no rush. lol

If you want that look your definately gunna have to put a cobra front fascia on with the hood before painting....IMO
I know...that's one of the reasons I haven't painted it yet. I hate the idea of putting cobra parts on a GT...always have
tires 26'' or 28'' tall in the rear?

Eric's got it....26"

To update the thread, the car is back from the dyno. Made 400/410, @ 5800 rpm's. Either a spring, cam, or voltage issue, it should have made power to 6400ish. Anderson said they had no charging issues on the dyno, but when I picked the car up it wasn't charging. Alternator tested good, I'm thinking grounding the engine to the body then the battery to the cage might not be enough?

Once it's painted i'll be posting pics, but that may not be until the weather warms and the salt is gone
