Red 93 Cobra Cowl hood and chrome wheels

On 294 at about 2:45pm going northbound @ Roosevelt Rd. Car looks sick! Red 93 Cobra with a small cowl hood and what looks like Chrome 93 Cobra wheels.. Anyone know the car?

Sounds like my coworker Donny's car, however there is another car I see on 294 alot that is similar but blown and another older dude owns that one.
