New place for a weekly Northern IL meet? Crystal Lake Park&Ride 105 spots

Everyday I drive past this new "Park & Ride" lot off Rt31 and Virginia Road. It seems to have a nice in/out on both 31 and vag, and lots of spots. 105 to be exact. What would be the opinions of trying to get something like a weekly car show going here. Yeah limited to 105 spots, but that should be good for a few seasons unless it gets huge quick. Plus no potty or food/beverages. But its public so no local businesses to deal with. What are the opinions?

Oh also its all lit up uncase a possible meet goes into the evening(dark), and lots of great visibility to passers-by on 31 for exposure.

There is literally nothing close/within walking distance. A few miles up or down you have either Algonquin or CL. Thats my only catch is its very desolate. The Food truck idea might work, but there is still no place to shit or otherwise.

Also looks like the McHenry County Department of Transportation manages it or at least were the ones that oversaw its development and construction. Its a ghost town too almost every day. I see one car parked there in the early mornings. Maybe a big car show would give them the visibility they need to get people to use it during the week to so they might be on board.

Or just go down the road to Crystal Lake Dairy Queen... Owners are huge car people. It's in a strip mall so there are other business, but they close earlier.
