I'm starting to get what I think is timing chain noise on cold start. I'm guessing it's the Tensioners? I've searched and searched but can't find any threads where anybody talks about replacing them. Is it hard?

Not hard to replace the tensioners at all.
Be sure its the tensioners and not a head tick
LOL its not exactly easy Travis.
Time consuming and the necessity to remove a LOT of stuff.
Yep.
I still felt the paper clip was too weak when I swapped mine so I used the center conductor from a piece of coaxial cable. It's a lot stronger than a paper clip and it fits in the hole perfectly
RG-59 is pure copper
RG-6 is copper clading over a soild steel core
RG-6 Quad shield is copper clading over a solid steel core
Surely you know I didnt use copper to hold the tensioner? That would'nt work very well
